RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours all purchases are FINAL.
- Any customs products CAN NOT be returned.
- Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation of our website, will be acceptable.
- All nails are custom and will vary in design slightly due to them being hand crafted by Polished and Ready.
- Please note: All our sets are carefully designed/packaged and checked for the highest quality.
- Once your order leaves our shop, we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged products by the carrier company.
We are happy to work out any issues you may have with our custom nails upon receiving your items so please contact us for any questions at info@polishedandready.com
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect our order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
